Squall
This fine sistership to the Storm is appropriately named Squall (a small storm). If you want a high performance touring kayak at an affordable price the Squall may be just for you. Its scaled down for the smaller paddler or for someone wanting a slimmer, tighter fitting craft with all of the features and details of the Storm.
The Squall can carry enough gear for long trips and still performs well as a day tripper. At just over 22" wide and 16 1/2' long, this quick little polyethylene kayak is zippy and fun but extremely predictable in every move. The same shallow "V" hull gives a lively feel, yet a strong sense of security when leaned over on its side. The 29" long cockpit allows good contact and allows superb control of the Squall.
